Get back to nature and find out why camping is one of the top recreational activities. Camping can be a fun and active adventure, or the calming getaway you desire. Carr's Canoe Rental has 3 locations and serve the local area campgrounds. We can pick you up for your float trip at your campsite and you either float back to your camp or we drive you back at the end of your trip.

Round Spring Campground

Carr's Canoe Rental is located in Round Spring Campground which has 46 family sites (some reservable), 6 electric sites with 20/30/50 amp service + water hook-ups (reservable), 6 group sites (reservable). Showers, dump station, restrooms, amphitheater, trash dumpsters, fire rings, lantern posts, Ranger Station, concessionaire store, campground hosts.   • Family Sites: (6 people max + 2 tents+ 2 cars or 1 tent & 1 camper) 
  • Cluster Sites: (7-25 people + 6 tents + 4 cars)
  • Group Sites: (7-45 people + unlimited tents- No RV's)
  • Electric Sites: (RV/Camper + 1 car + 1 tent + 6 people max)

All reservations for family sites, cluster sites, group sites, electric sites and pavilions can be made online through recreation.gov or by calling 877-444-6777.

Echo Bluff State Park

Echo Bluff State Park is just 2 miles from Carr's Canoe Rental and we offer many floating opportunities to experience the Current River. While staying at Echo Bluff, we can pick you up at your campsite and shuttle you back at the end of your trip. Call us at 800-333-3956 and we will be happy to help you schedule a float trip from Echo Bluff. Timbuktu Campground at Echo Bluff State Park offers walk-in basic, electric/water premium and sewer/electric/water premium campsites.

Running River Campground

Running River Campground has a small campground with 12 RV sites with full hookups and tent camping available. There is a store on premises with gas pumps and is stocked with snacks, ice, wood and more. We are about 5 miles from the Current River.

Echo Bluff State Park

Echo Bluff State Park is a year-round outdoor destination that allows visitors to create new memories as they experience all the Ozarks have to offer. While the park has a spectacular natural setting, the modern amenities enhance the experience and make it welcoming for everyone. An impressive, iconic lodge features guest rooms, indoor and outdoor casual dining and meeting rooms. Nine full-service cabins with 13 units are a great option for families and groups. Camping opportunities range from primitive to full-service campsites. The bluff-top shelter is perfect for special events, and an amphitheater for smaller events offers a dramatic natural backdrop. The park also offers hiking and mountain biking trails.

Round Spring Retreat

Very private, luxury guest house, high above the Current River with magnificent views. Two bedrooms with queen beds & double futon, sleeps 6. Fully equipped kitchen, bath with shower, A/C & heat, screened porch, gas grill, campfire ring with wood. A most comfortable way to enjoy nature.

Lighthouse Lodging

Spacious cabin with 3 beds, 2 bath mobile home with a full kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, covered front and back porches, BBQ grill, and picnic table. Located in the heart of the Ozarks near the Current River.
